THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! Seriously, the "doctor" who wrote my letters wasn't even a real doctor. There is no way for you to be able to validate if they're legit outside of their License number. There is no phone number to validate, no business, no nothing. I wanted it so badly to be real but it wasn't and they wouldn't refund me my money and kept just saying that it was real, but it wasn't.

We only have licensed clinician psychotherapists with their pHD. Your statement is absolutely untrue. On the documents ordered from us there is an email, phone number, AND fax number. I'm looking at your docs right now Ms. Dolores and Dr. Medford signeg them WITH her license number right on the documents. They are absolutely real...please clarify a legitimate reason who you don't believe so?

Disappointed
I received the ESA letter however, most places no longer accept just an ESA letter and they require additional documents to be filled out. I have been waiting on the additional documents to be completed for over two weeks now and every time I try to follow up I get the call center that tells me they will “take a message”. I have not received any call backs or emails or anything. Starting to believe this is a scam.

Jess, Please email the documents to [email protected], I don't have a full name to check on this, but all back logged paperwork should be caught up as of today. Covid caused some delays but we have since resolved the issues
