UPDATE 2: Got correspondence and am told a new link is being searched for as the current link is unreachable. I will update again once fully resolved. UPDATE: Still no response to my calls, emails, or this post. I stand by what I said previously; I will gladly change my rating once this is resolved. The link to the HUD page in the housing letter links to a page that no longer exists. I would like that link either changed to an active link or removed from the letter entirely. I would like to give the letter to the management office of my building but cannot, and will not do so with an invalid reference in the letter. Everything has been decent. The only issue I have is that the reference link in my housing letter leads to an out of date website. I first reached out via email and got no follow-up. I have since called at was told someone would return my call and I have not received a follow-up. If I can get this fixed I would change my rating to 5 stars no questions.

Update: PDS center replied here, but not to my email. I would really like for a person to contact me for this to be resolved and I will be more than happy to then update my response. I am very upset. We got the letter just a few days after applying, but when my apartment complex faxed the follow up paper work, they got no response. We understand it’s COVOD, but we are in danger of losing our animal, which my husband really needs. I really hope this is resolved before we lose our animal, for the sake of my husbands mental health.

Letters came within 24 hrs. Included everything I needed.
