Thank you for being a loyal PC Matic customer for over 5 years. We truly appreciate your long-term support. It sounds like there might be some confusion with another service, as PC Matic does not offer or charge for a monthly support subscription. Our standard email support is completely free for every customer. We do offer an optional, upgraded phone support package, but it is billed at $100 per year (which breaks down to less than $9 a month), not a recurring monthly fee. We would love the opportunity to look into the technical issue you've been experiencing and make things right.
