I made a choice over 2 years ago to use PC Matic as my Virus Protection provider and I couldn't be happier. Constantly updated and informing me of my protected computer. Results have been no viruses infecting my computer as long as I have been a subscriber. Recommend!

I have been asking via the email support for about 2 months now trying to get my product to work. Will not preform any scans, supershield refuses to even start, have removed and reinstalled the product as advised but did not work and now that it has not worked I am just getting ignored as they just send me the same steps that have not worked. They have no Customer Service unless you want to pay large $$$ for it and it seems that the basic program will not work unless you pay extra. This used to be a good company but not anymore. They used to provide service on the basic sub. Do not recommend unless your willing to pay extra.

Hi Doug, We are sorry to hear about your experience over the last two months. This is absolutely not the standard of service we strive to provide. We want to get your scans running and SuperShield working properly for you immediately. I have forwarded your message to our support team, and a member of our team will reach out to you directly via the email address associated with your PC Matic account to resolve this.

I have had PC Magic for 10 years and tried switching to other desktop security software but always went back to PCMatic. This is recommended. Low nominal price for 5 licenses
