I’ve been using PayWithMoon since 2020, way before most people even knew they existed — but honestly, they’ve really disappointed me. They’re not the same since what they call “the revamp.” Around six months ago, my account — which had $142.55 on it — was blocked. Although I was given the option to “verify my identity,” the KYC kept getting rejected over and over. So, I decided to open a support ticket — and guess what? No response. I eventually gave up… until today, when I saw their “Halloween Event” on Discord, asking for positive TrustPilot reviews. So, I decided to warn everyone: don’t believe the reviews you see here. People will say anything for $25 in free credit. Hopefully this time, K won’t strike down my review again just because I mentioned his name. Stay away from PWM until they figure out how to refund people — even if they’re “not legally allowed” to do business with them. And remember boys, there are much better no-KYC options out there. You just have to look for them ;)
