I sent like 20$ to use my card and it's been stuck on pending for a whole day!

This platform is extremely frustrating to deal with. Pay With Moon feels unreliable, especially when it comes to handling funds and resolving account issues. Even after following all required procedures and completing verification, problems were not properly addressed. Support responses are vague, and updates are either delayed or отсутств clear resolution. Instead of providing proper assistance, communication feels unresponsive and dismissive, leaving the situation unresolved for far too long.

I've been suspended by this company, they have frozen my assets and their customer support is not responding clearly. They send you links very late and then they claim that it has been expired because of their own delay. It's been 5-6 month since they restricted my access and not answering my emails. I've used it for couple of months, it was doing good, but you can expect them to freeze you anytime they wish without any clear reason.

This decision is final.” They refuse to explain what I allegedly did wrong. No specific Terms section, no transaction IDs, no merchant names, no dates - just a vague “merchant abuse” statement. The response I received was basically “final decision,” with no transparent dispute/appeal process and no clear refund procedure.

I am writing this as a final record of my experience after 180 days and 30+ support tickets. This company is currently withholding a total balance of $215.05. Despite providing evidence that the flagged transaction was unauthorized, I have only received automated "terms" citations. Notably, $15 of this balance was already in my account prior to the flagged event and is being withheld without any stated legal or risk-related basis. Every attempt at a resolution has been met with a refusal to take action, a pattern I've seen mirrored in other consumer reports. I strongly advise others to be cautious about leaving significant balances here.

This company are professional scammers. They offered a non KYC card and after you get it and it stopped working they want ID information that seems even biometric to get the refund. If they have made this nasty trick how do they expect people are going to trust... They can take your biometric information and later you get nothing. No refund. Nothing. So, they steal your money or they steal your money and your biometric data. Nasty people.
