Great service if you want to spend your crypto with ease. I've heard they are expanding to new networks and establishing key partnerships to support a much broader product catalog.

Their ‘zero-fraud’ policy got invoked to block my account with $6,000 inside—no warning, no escalation, just a sudden ban. Customer support only sends templates and never resolves anything.

Moon is a platform for legitimate spending. Abusive behavior that undermines our platform, our reputation, and our mission, also undermines our ability to serve our customers. As such, Moon takes steps to limit fraud and abuse on our platform by investigating and suspending accounts that breach our Terms and Conditions. Our security and controls are built to ensure compliance with relevant law and regulation, and to ensure the safety and integrity of our user accounts. It's a scam. I send money and i never get back my money. They advertise it as it's worth trying. Anyway, it's a scam.

Unjustified extra charge, I advise against it. I had put $10.5, I found $8.85 without any explanation
