SCAMMERS! They scam users outside the USA, block accounts for no reason, and then ignore email requests. They believe they can block accounts of non-US users and steal their money because those users have no legal means to recover their funds. DO NOT USE.

Excelent support. I have a problem and it was instantly resolved and my money were recovered. The mistake was mine and they helped me. Yeah there are fees but it is cost for the privacy so it si worth it.

I had a problem with depositing money. I sent the USDC on eth network instead of polygon. Messaged customer support and they resolved it relatively fast. Finally a website without an AI assistant, waiting a few hours is definitely better than getting the same response everyone gets from a robot.
