ALMOST Great... But...
I am a landlord/property manager and have installed PayRange a little over a month ago to try out on 4 brand new commercial washers and dryers. So far, PayRange has worked and the tenants love it. I did have an issue with a faulty/not working properly blukey module that wouldn't work properly out of the box, and they did promptly send a new one out without hassle which works as it should so far. I do have to take away 2 stars for customer service performance. The customer service is not very responsive and feels like they don't really genuinely care at all once you do get ahold of someone for your issue. They don't respond most of the time and I've had to keep reaching out over and over until someone responds, usually they add someone else to the email to help who in turn does not respond either. It is a little frustrating. This company has potential but will not do well if they continue down this path. I've seen and used other companies with the same approach to customer service flop in the end. Companies seem to think they are wasting money on customer service due to the labor time that it requires, but great, caring, responsive, and most of all helpful customer service is the single best investment a company can make.... too many businesses have lost sight of that, have resorted to poor customer service, and wonder why their otherwise great product or service is not marketing well. I do hope PayRange recognizes these common-theme criticisms in all these reviews and turns things around. I would like to see them do better.
