We invested into payrange several years ago, gaining mobile payment options for customers at a fraction of the cost of other systems. Recently ordered additional devices and it took several months to get order resolved. We requested their website be updated for dexter c series harnesses to avoid future issues. Tech communication is always helpful with good communication once we talk to the correct person.

Reliable hardware. Reasonably quick support. Comparatively inexpensive payment solution for laundromats.

The system works well on 20 machines in our resort for over a year now. Good reporting and timely payments. Fees are reasonable and modules are reliable (except the user errors). We ordered 2 timer modules over a year ago. At the time, their website said it had 6-8 weeks lead time. It still says so, but they are not able to ship these units for 11 months now because of their supply chain issues. Knowing the problem, they still keep accepting orders with the same 6-8 weeks notice. Update: the module is not available anymore so we had to build ourselves for dryers with mechanical timer. They let us use the payment for other modules.

I usually enjoy using my phone instead of having to have coins to use the washer and dryer. This time I was a little upset because when I went to use one of the washers it made me pay twice in order to use it. I didn't understand why that happened. There's always only two washers out of three working. But like I said, I do appreciate being able to use my phone instead of always having to have changed to use the washer and dryer.

Pure convenience. I don't carry cash as a matter of habit, so not having to revise that when I go visit the laundromat is just absolutely fantastic, and this app makes that possible. Every laundromat should go cashless.
