I will use PayPal if I lose my right arm and have Alzheimer and looking for punishments. Got screwed twice once for counterfeited speaker from China and once for cancellation of a subscription. There is NO PROTECTION whatsoever. Totally not effective. I have CC why I used PP was beyond myself.

Paypal is a joke, they say you get protected when you purchase something and that isn't the case i purchased a Dooney Bourke pocket book and wris-tlet and when i got the stuff it wasn't what it stated was a knock off and i done a resolution and of course i can get a full refund if i send that purse and wrist-let back to China and mind you when i ordered this stuff it was from the united states that advertise it. I had no clue it was coming from China. Does anyone know how much it cost to send to china if 1lb least cost is $ 40 dollars that's the cheapest go figure so they lie this place is a joke. Buyer Beware no protection. Plus you cant speak to anyone also a bad business.

Very disappointing is how I would describe my recent “customer service” experience with PayPal. They have very complicated wording for basic information and they are not clear with their customers. I ordered a gift from Gear Dollars and paid with PayPal. I never received my order. I contacted the seller multiple times and finally contacted PayPal. They returned my money, but charged me the same amount again because I didn’t escalate the case. Huh? As a customer of PayPal, I should have received some protection. PayPal should go after their vendors, not their customers. Bad customer service and poorly written guidelines is enough for me to give them one star. I’d rather use Apple Pay.

I don't understand the bad reviews, I've used them for over 15 years and never had a serious problem, never a false charge or missed payment. The only problem I've had is that I am an American citizen with an American bank account and American income but spend most of my time in Thailand. They constantly want a phone number and their computer will not accept a Thailand phone number. Other than that they're great and have been very useful.

Paypal has always been a reliable company to me since 2002. I really am thankful for their outstanding service which has definately improved over the years! They have always been honest and offered free services when I need them the most. Thank you Paypal for everything! I can honestly say that I never had to pay money for their services in the past 18 years and never even lost a penny by using Paypal!
