Eh, never really had a problem money wise on paypal, but logging in is a nightmare. If you forget your password its takes all kinds of hurdles to go thru, and sometimes of no help. I wouldn't say its bad, rather annoying at times. Has been a life saver when I've been stranded and someone sent me money via PayPal I could use my cash card. Its not sketchy like cash app. Give it a try.

Got scammed and they made it right. Customer service is a massive pain.. Takes forever to do even the simplest of things.. CS needs serious improvement, but other than that they do a decent job. They protected me from losing everything so for that I am in their debt. Hoping most of the bad reviews are from people who, like me, didn't hear from them for days, panicked, left a bad review/complaint and then didn't come back to update their issue was eventually fixed.. Hoping so!

PayPal do not do what they say, I bought 5 items from the same supplier, none were delivered, they refunded me for three, "WHAT'S ALL THAT ABOUT"!!!
