They are scam 100% for no reason they going to freeze your account for 6 monthes if you have money you can can transfer it after 6 monthes , don't trust paypal

the best thing to do when the paypal puts your money kept frozen for 21 days to return it to your customer and explain the problem and preferably another payment option other than the paypal....

Worst service ever. The fraud and safety guarantee, Used toilet paper is worth more. PayPal wont refund me until I provide documentation from the sellers shipper that the item wasn't delivered to me. Shipper said: Youre not our client. We dont write letters. Sellers shipping says it was a 6oz. letter that was delivered, Not the 6x8 backyard shed I ordered and documented. Not good enough for PayPal. Done with them

DO NOT TRUST PAYPAL!. I made the mistake of trusting this awful excuse for a company. I hav been dealing with a theft of funds from my payPal account since last February 2000. They would only provide a partial refund!!! What's more, PayPal turned around and hired a collection agency to try to get MORE money out of me - when it's THEM who owe's ME over $1,000!!!I have reported them to the California Attorney General's office. This company needs to be closed PERMANENTLY!

a £24 withrdrawl costed me £20 phone call, customer services are extremely rude, unhelpful and liars. They never will allow withdraw your own money within minutes. I would strongly recommend to avoid them for any transaction over £ 100. Liars.

I bought masks and filters from a company. I never received the masks but got the filters. The company, BestDeals, in an email chain that was like pulling teeth and nails said, you're right we didn't ship the masks only the filters. It's our fault. Escalated refund with PayPal and they said since the company provided a tracking number that shows that it was sent, I won't be getting a refund. This is even with screen shots from every email in the email chain including the one that said they didn't send the masks. All I wanted was my money back for the products I DID NOT RECEIVE... Horrible first time experience with both companies.

I ordered two pairs of shoes and used PayPal to pay for them. I thought using PayPal would protect me from scammers. I was supposed to receive the shoes in 7-20 days. I filed a dispute with PayPal after waiting 6 weeks. PayPal said they would elevate my complaint into a dispute after waiting another couple weeks. I received one pair of shoes 2 months later that don't fit. They never responded to my emails requesting an address to ship them back since they didn't fit. I never did receive the second pair I ordered. Yet, PayPal said they showed them a shipping invoice and refused to refund my money. Don't use PayPal if you are expecting them to protect you from scammers. They are a scam themselves.
