PayPalReviews of paypal.us

I have been using PayPal for more than 5 years and the best service and customer support. I have used Paypal for purchase and linked to eBay, and their customer service and Protection Plan are excellent. Now they introduced digital coins but I find the service charge a bit high but easy transaction and expect them to introduce more digital coins purchase and sales.

Eh, never really had a problem money wise on paypal, but logging in is a nightmare. If you forget your password its takes all kinds of hurdles to go thru, and sometimes of no help. I wouldn't say its bad, rather annoying at times. Has been a life saver when I've been stranded and someone sent me money via PayPal I could use my cash card. Its not sketchy like cash app. Give it a try.

They provide a good service overall, but far from perfect and very greedy on fees. Points I do like - convenience Points I don't like - Inflated spread on exchange rates, excessively high fees and they can take your money without your authorisation if they feel like it.

Almost the WORST installment service i’ve ever used. Do yourself a favor, if you’re looking for a pay in 4 service use KLARNA. I have been trying a few of the services to see which one I prefer and I use PayPal a lot to make payments. I thought it would be a seamless addition to my PayPal transaction. They are still taking payments from my account despite the fact they are issued me a partial refund from the merchant. I am having to work very hard to get this refund. It’s darn near impossible to reach them by phone and their help center is less than helpful. I am very disappointed in the service and will never use it again.

PayPal Charged me 5.00 to deposit a money order from I friend of mine i should have just deposited it in my bank account. They are out to fleece you.

PayPal is the fastest and the most secure way of payment. I trust PayPal more than myself. PayPal has always been my best advocate against fraudulent sellers or companies who tried to cause monetary loss toward me while paying me salaries for translating or transcripts. But after I insisted to be paid via PayPal I got fully paid because no fraud is accepted on PayPal. I chose to pay with PayPal for my eBay items, antivirus, website, Facebook ads, etc. Any time I am rescued by PayPal I feel myself like rescued and sheltered stray animal out of nowhere. PayPal, just thanks for being the way You are and thanks for accepting me as a member. (By the way, I still have Your generous gift Acer deskbook.)

I trusted PayPal and they allowed Shaw Academy to scam me. When I told them I did not authorized Shaw Academy to take my money, they said, they can’t do anything. If you’re going to allow companies to take money from peoples account then people need to stop using you.

Got scammed and they made it right. Customer service is a massive pain.. Takes forever to do even the simplest of things.. CS needs serious improvement, but other than that they do a decent job. They protected me from losing everything so for that I am in their debt. Hoping most of the bad reviews are from people who, like me, didn't hear from them for days, panicked, left a bad review/complaint and then didn't come back to update their issue was eventually fixed.. Hoping so!
