Doesn't work with verification. It hasn't worked for month for me, it is trying to call my number for verification, but I never gets the call...

Paypal has really been on a decline. Their PayPal "buyer protection" only covers three very specific circumstances. If your issue does not fall inside those three sets of circumstances, you are SOL. But other than that, my most recent issue was that Paypal randomly dropped my credit from $5300 to $1024 and won't give me any reason why. I spoke with someone on the phone and he said he couldn't give me any information until I received the notice they mailed me explaining why they dropped my credit. Well apparently they made that decision on 1/20 and it's now 2/9 and there has been no mail from them. Paypal was really cool in the early 2000's when people only bought things on eBay, but now it's honestly antiquated. They don't have enough protections for their customers, and they have HORRRIBLE service. I switched over to google pay or apple pay, I would suggest anyone else do the same.

My account ws hacked. Pypal has continued to draft my bqnk accounts for fraudulent charges, an has locked me ourt of my account, while demanding I pay ovr 500 bucks for them to process a refund they admit they owe me. Filing an FTC complaint, and they do not care.I havw already paid 400 to get my refund, but now they wan another 150, paid by gift card. I still cnnot accss my account, and have had to close my bank and card accounts to preent them from givign my money away to scammers.

Been a customer for years, and have multiple accounts with PayPal. Never had one issue. I set up my preferred payment method for all online purchases with my personal debit card and bank accounts. Somehow, PayPal used my DORMANT bank account for one transaction creating me overdraft fees. I tried to call them on the phone, system automatically drops the call and asks you to send a message. Mind you they take forever to respond to messages. I finally get a hold of somebody over the phone. They cannot even send an email, all they can do is send a message to me for me to take send a screenshot to my bank. They hang up on you without even calling back. On the messages, they end the chat session without your consent. They change agents, causing you to re explain the same situation over & over. But I was determined to get to the bottom of this. I send them proof showing the payment method I set up and have been using for years. They came back and said oh we tried that bank first and it was declined (not true) but there is no trail to back it up. But there is trail on the dormant account though. How surprising! First you said I processed using the wrong account. Then, you come back and say you tried the one that was set up, but b/c it was declined you had to use the dormant account. I’ve been a good customer for at least 6 good years and never had such issue. Bottom line is, be careful who you put in charge of your funds. I signed up for them to make my life easier but instead, they have caused me nothing but money, headaches, frustration and my time. If you don’t have any issues, awesome! But do keep in mind mine came up years afterwards, and they do nothing to help you. Beware!!!

This my friends is not a story but a real problem in corporate america and I J.Martinez am living proof that if you think u are safe from people that do the same as a devil to you for nothing and they would not dare do it to normal people that just live their lives...than friends poor ,average and middle class you better start watching your accounts and wallets or purses.i am here as a true victim of this evil corporation who became my associates only thru ebay because I was selling my nuismatic coins on their site which at the time was all new and PayPal was a young company that I barely knew but it ended up being a murder on me till now for the day I sold my first coin for $1000 I was so happy to think my business was about to trump for i had new ambitious thoughts of being a ebay entreapunear but if anything I was broke and needed money just to eat or drink on that sad day..it's a long story but it's very true that I did as I was told and got the coin shipped as PayPal advised me before they would release any money from the buyer who ebay and paypal identify as a quality shopper ..well indeed I sent my coin thinking why would a retailer ever send there product to someone first instead of it being the buyer paying first since paypal's policy protection program is for both merchant and buyers but indeed I went hungry for a good three days but I literally couldn't get ebay to even talk about it they blamed paypal credit and paypal said they never even spoke to me and I was spoofed if anything but I never got to speak with a executive or corporate office because they wouldn't let me present my argument ever on their fake campaign of lies that u can resolve it with the customer or company ..i investigated and it was all under sheets with some man that had an account with them but they hid and protect from me finding out what truly happened because all emails linked from paypal and customer were gone suddenly..i never got a dime and my business i thought went downhill because ebay let me know I was spoofed too they claimed after u said I would sue both they cut ties..so it's not just that but it over 7 years done evil to me over and over but I cc ouldnt really put my finger on why I was being cheated if I used any online apps or bought at stores with their cash card which i bought stupidily not aware i bought a problem because they didn't forget what happened because they started taking little amounts ,let company's steal amounts here and their that i used once but kept stealing money out and paypal turned their eye but on top of that even the blockchain company I tried to buy cryptocurrency from online said the were verifications for kyc so they called paypal to verify me and the man in charged of the blockchain company told me paypal had advised to not sell anything to me because I was a crook and hacker and was under investigation so really not to even open my account.i was shocked he said that and thought he was lying but he didn't do anything but say to me to check into why the said it clearly and not hesitate.He told me he never saw a company do that in that way in 30 years of corporate sales and as a executive.well it's long story short they have literally put me in shambles cause now I can not get any financial services before I'm told a million things I have to do to verify myself..they started my choke and before I can't eat and drink to survive will probably bury me for speaking out but I am not worried because it's real and has a scary movie look to how many companies try to shut people down with their power and money to get more than they have been honest for..lastly they even closed and disabled my account and trying to ruin me finally by starving me because my stimulus check was sent to that account by government accident or corporate trickery but have tried to say my money is not there and was never sent their when irs said on website it was sent there .money from apps i made sent but not accounted..even now I have other banks .."prepaid"cause I'm ruined have done same now for no reason because PayPal advised to not give me a fair chance I can't really put it together because no one answered my question on customer service number or online...I'm struggling to live and no one has put it together for me because it's definitely worth it to silence me toill i die or falsely accused of some crime or corporate scandal I'm sure !!!!!Watch out it has just got poisonous and it is going to give corona virus a run for the money literally if no one seals on this 🌎..Please don't think I can lie on all this for what ..I'm just a average man made a hungry boy...God bless us and please see it is the end day truth on businesses all in cahoots...Worldwide!!!!!!!!!
