Very nice and practical, as I mentioned before, I work at costumer service too and I'm not sure what the rules are on NetEase, but if you guys can, I recommend you do some roleplay, like you're an SHIELD agent an after a investigation you find a way to help me or something like that, I do that and it works with the players

First of all. I have to admit I was worried, that 1 one of my orders was not completed on Driffle website. This order was made via Paymentwall as i used Brazilian Pix to pay it. I got charged on my bank, and my order got to the cancelled process after it. I was worried, cause Im not from the same country as the company, but as soon as I reach Paymentwall support and their partner company Driffle support, all of their work was just classy and professional. They worked together to find the best solution and helped me to get my money back to my bank account. All of the people that talked to me via e-mail support, were professionals and were transparent with all the information trough resolving my problem. Now with my money back on the bank, Im assuring you guys Paymentwall is an honest and professional company. Thank you so much guys.

Terrible service, do not use. I purchased a Win 11 Home DCKEY through GVGMall with payment made through PaymentWall using PIX. The payment deadline expired and I requested a refund. I have already opened several tickets and contacted them by email but I have not received any response from them. Do not use it.
