You've done excellent work
You've done excellent work. Great support and service. For one week i was barely able to get an email from warmane, but you paid me so much attention with a good attitude in it. I'm really satisfied, even tho I don't understand what the problem was, or why my donation failed. But don't worry. I'm here to say thanks. You paid me much more attention than warmane.

Had no idea before but I am a fan now!
I have successfully got your refund of 340.00 CNY on my card. Thank you customer service team very well for your great effort and ownership. Haben mich um 1500€ betrogen. Fordern Daten an, man schickt diese. Antworten 6 Monate später, dass diese ungenügend wären und fordern immer wieder Daten an. Das ist meine letzte Warnung, andernfalls werde ich aus Prinzip rechtliche Schritte einlei

Good experience so far!
First time I used this today and hit the need for verification. The verification team replied promptly and clearly, also patiently answering my questions, and it was a good support experience. Used this with Citi/Mastercard and the previous transaction was refunded within a few hours. For the verification process, it only took a few emails back and forth. Then, I was able to repurchase my order soon after. Give the verification team a raise!
