Scott and Justin were very easy to work with. They explained the process in detail and made the onboarding really easy. Using Paycom has helped our business be more efficient by freeing up time spent on in-house payroll. I highly recommend Paycom for ease of use and payroll transparency.

Gillian and Nahjee were awesome during implementation. They were helpful, friendly and answered all my questions completely. Training was swift, but thorough.

This is what I am referring to, in Paycom's response their customer service standard does not align with our experiences, yet we have to contact them to work things out. How is this considered a high standard in customer service where the client reaches back out to the vendor after giving a dissatisfied review? another example, we have a tax issues (serious tax issues) with Paycom for months and they were to resolve matters and contact us with the outcome Friday, August 12, we have heard nothing from them let alone any communication, resolution on these matters. ZERO customer service, care, communication! I do not recommend this company at all and if you want a list of what can go wrong, just ask, I have tons!

Ashley and Stephen were great. I recommend having a weekly meeting with the team that implements benefits. We did not do this, and it wasn't easy to know the status updates.

Paycom has been good to work with. We're a unique company with a lot of additional needs that they've been able to work with that either they could do natively or with a work around.

I have been impressed with the customer service with paycom. They are very responsive and quick to respond. The training has been very smooth and I feel that any questions I have are answered quickly and thoroughly.

Very thorough implementation. My only concern is they were sometimes didn't understand the unique nature of our business (an independent school) and were resistant to modify their standard approach or set-up.

Our company started with Paycom in April 2022. Every single person has been kind and helpful. Sometimes they didn't know the answers, but they also found ways to get them and quickly. My favorite tool is the Talent Management. As a Human Resource Director, I just a lot of time recruiting employee's and the Talen Management has helped combine my work, statistics and keeps them all in one place.
