Everyone has been very timely in response to various miscellaneous emails regarding multiple situations that we questioned or that arose after we started processing payroll and using the human resources portion of Paycom. Overall, we are very satisfied with our transition and look forward to exploring and learning more about what is available in the Paycom software. Processing of payroll is very similar to our last provider; however, the employee interaction has cut down on excess paperwork for everyone in the company. We feel the employees have more engagement with their actual pay and can see, correct their time, request time off, and ask questions they may not normally have done in the past. We would recommend that anyone searching for a payroll human resources software system to make sure and take a look at Paycom.

Very informative and smooth process

Paycom Experience: This is my second/third year in HR. The PayCom system is by far the most elaborate and helpful system I have come across. It truly houses all HR needs, and more!

Paycom is a wonderful company! I’ve worked for two jobs now that have used paycom. Both times, I have been highly impressed with how easy the app is to use and navigate. The app is very self explanatory and I have never had a problem using it. Everything I have ever needed, including my tax information is very easy to find on the app. The Paycom employees are always very kind and helpful. The are very attentive to any questions that you may have and are always willing to help you. I’ve had to use other payroll companies in the past as an employee through jobs and none of them have been as wonderful as Paycom. I recommended Paycom to a family member for her business and she switched to them and has loved it, as well. I have never had a negative experience with this company and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a payroll company!

This is the second time my employer has been working there payroll through this system and now I understand how beneficial it is to all parties. As an employee I find the app and website to be ultra user friendly. Having a decent amount of literacy concerning the cost of onboarding, the benefits of a 3rd party performing the bulk of the tedious activities of new hired employees unfamiliar with keeping their own hours is simplified enough for the worst technologically skilled worker. Definitely a win-win!

Paycom is our HRIS solution. Beti, their live payroll solution, makes processing so much easier and quicker. The app is easy to use for our employees and the Manager on the Go feature allows our managers to be in trade supporting their sales teams or on the floor in our warehouses.

Recently Implemented Beti Payroll. The implementation was well organized and our consultant was knowlegable and extremely helpful.
