Through the implementation process of getting Paycom off the ground, myself and the team I'm on have had nothing but a great experience. The paycom team is always really responsive and patient as we learn the new system. Audrey Rogers, specifically, provides such a wealth of knowledge and she always brings such positive energy as we look to tackle another piece of our project plan. Our whole team will be very sad when she hands us off after implementation but feel confident in the Paycom team for support given the amazing experience so far!

Paycom really supports you - and I mean REALLY - through the transition. Learning a new system and navigating its quirks can be intimidating, but they are with you every step of the way. The system itself, though extremely robust, is fairly intuitive to navigate. The set up team we had were absolute experts at what do, and helped us find solutions for our most unique company needs.

Paycom way outweighs other providers in service and products. Had Paychex before and Paycom has been a HUGE upgrade in service and products!! Would choose them again and again if I had to do it again.

We have been consistently impressed by the service we receive from Paycom - whether it's when we call in with questions or email our specialist. Our specialist and her team have been able to design customized solutions for our business needs as well as help us troubleshoot and gain important knowledge of the system. We couldn't be happier that we switched from ADP to Paycom!
