New Software Implementation Process
Our company was in the process of selecting a new HRIS provided. Paycom checked all of the boxes that we were looking for in a new HRIS partner. What we didn't anticipate was the outstanding service that was provided throughout our implementation. Our team remained dedicated to our process and making sure that we had a smooth transition.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
From start to finish, my implementation team was so helpful and patient. Our business is unique in so many ways and they were always accommodating! The process was not only seamless for me, but for my staff as well. I cannot recommend this company and this process enough!

Saving me time and aggravation!
Paycom makes it simple to manage timesheets for employees across multiple teams and shift schedules. And the mobile app makes filing expenses as easy as snapping a selfie. Definitely a huge time and hassle saver!

So far we like it
So far we like it! It is certainly a step up from our previous payroll system. But I must say we think the time off structure can use some work. But overall, happy experience.

I really like the updates
I really like the updates, especially the FMLA, as we are currently implementing that feature. The customer service representative who has been assigned to us is amazing and very knowledgeable about the HRIS platform.

I love being able to request my time…
I love being able to request my time off anytime I want/need to. Having that visibility and freedom makes me feel content. I’ve used a similar platform and Paycom has been the easiest one to use (much less confusing).
