You immediately solved no more product coming and being charged after I told you Jingles became ill from taking it only a couple weeks… I still have one unopened box, give me an address and I will return it to you. Thank you again for your kindness to Jingles and me.
Response from PawsyLabsOct 11, 2026
Dear Kathleen, Thank you for your kind words. Most of all, we're so sorry Jingles wasn't feeling well. That's never what we want for any dog, and we hope Jingles is feeling much better now. Please don't go to any trouble over the unopened box. Just send a quick note to [email protected] and we'll let you know the simplest option. And if you're up for it, we'd really love to hear how Jingles is doing. With care, Sheena from PawsyLabs
