I asked them about 5 times for third party testing and they responded with promises to get that info to me, but they haven't, and it was genuinely 5 times that i asked. My dog is really sick with a spinal condition, she's pretty old, and in a deteriorating state + on many supplements so i do need to be 100% sure of what i'm giving her, they were nice in the emails and understanding of my situation and promised to get me the info, each email was responded to by a different person too... their product still might be good, i haven't tried it, but they don't do third party testing so do be careful

My dog has tried many things to help with his itching but he wont eat his food if he can smell something unfamiliar on it We tried ...the company have been notified and understood my dillemma so they have canceled my order and im grateful Thank you

What was great for me was continuous communication about my package that the courier said he couldn't find the address. The Rep from Pawsy lab researched the situation and my package was delivered to my address within 2 days. Great service now we have started the product on our dogs today and we will let you know how it works. Thank you

My experience was pretty seamless and your people took care of the issue. I was having pretty quickly. I would say if I could use this product in the future I would definitely purchase it again.
