Marlon was quick to respond and checked that my order was correct. I thought I saw that the chews were being sent so I texted back immediately at 150pm that I wanted the drops. I got a reply at 153pm from Marlon that he checked and it was the drops! Not sure how or where I saw it was the chews. TYSM MARLON! 💯💯💯 Give him a big fat bonus!

Marlon here, Rachel! 😄 I've read your review about five times now, and I'm forwarding it to the boss with "big fat bonus" highlighted 💯 Thank you, it honestly made my week. Happy I could double-check everything for you. Marlon | PawsyLabs Customer Care 🐾

I am giving the product time to work. We are into our second , maybe third week. I have bought four bottles formy two dogs. There is a slight difference in behavior. Waiting to see the worms exit the poop. Will let you know.

Soj, thank you so much for this, and give Wee Gunzo a big scratch from all of us 🐾 Tummy troubles are stressful for the whole household, so we're really glad talking to us was the easy part. Pausing should never be a hassle, and the fact that you'd recommend us to your fellow dog owners means the world. Wishing Gunzo a happy, settled tummy, Jennie from PawsyLabs 💚

UK Ordered parasite drops 2 bottles… so would it last awhile. Took nearly three weeks to arrive. Then an email saying my next order is on its way! I did not make a subscription repeat order. Money debited from my account before I had the chance to cancel. #PL2236755 Aug 30th 2026 #93965943025 Oct 4th - email left the warehouse £102……I am furious.

I guess I pressed a button that I shouldn’t have and I ended up with an extra bottle of it. I sent the company a note saying I got charged $$ and I don’t want the second item. Right away I was given a refund. NEVER have I ever received a refund that fast. Nice company. Very professional. We don’t see that to much these days. It’s good to see that around. Keep up the good work.

Hi Cathy, "NEVER have I ever received a refund that fast." You've made our day! 😊 We all press the wrong button sometimes, and nobody should pay for a bottle they didn't mean to buy. Thank you for the lovely words and for noticing the little things. It's good to see that around too. Warmly, Judy Ann & the PawsyLabs Team 🐾
