I was not made aware that I had a subscription until I saw my bank account, I am in the process of cancelling this

I’ve been giving this to my dog for 17 days he still constantly scratches, rubs his face on the floor or on the corner of the bed. How long do I have to give this to my dog to see results and when the constant scratching goes away.

While the product works for my dogs the customer service is horrible. I opted for a one time purchase and yet they still charged my card a second time as if I opted for a subscription. I contacted the company well before it was shipped and they waited until it actually shipped before responding to me telling me there was nothing they could do since it’s already gone out! I will not order from this company again due to this. I will find another solution

I have not seen any changes in my dog after taking the item. I will continue, but hopefully there will be a change.
