Really helpful & honest advice
Response from PawsyLabsOct 11, 2026
Thank you, LesleyAnne! 💚 "Honest" means a lot to us, because sometimes the honest answer isn't the easiest one to give. We're glad the advice helped. Warmly, Judy Ann from PawsyLabs 🐾

The botanical pendants were an amazing idea. I live in the country and the few weeks that my dogs had the pendants attached to their collars they were flea and tick free. Unfortunately the pendant needed a better design to keep the oil packets from falling out. Please work on the design and don’t give up on this product. In the meantime, thank you for the refund.

Hi Annette, A few weeks of flea- and tick-free country dogs: we love that! 🐾 And thank you for the honest note about the oil packets falling out. That's exactly the kind of detail that helps us improve, and we've passed it on to the team. Kind regards, The PawsyLabs Team

I have not seen any changes in my dog after taking the item. I will continue, but hopefully there will be a change.
Response from PawsyLabsOct 11, 2026
Hi Mary, Thank you for your honesty, and for deciding to keep going. That patience matters. Some dogs respond within days and others take longer. That's why the Protocol runs for 90 days rather than a couple of weeks. Two things that make the biggest difference: give the amount that matches your dog's weight (it's on the label in ml), and give it every single day. If you'd like a second pair of eyes on your dog's situation, email [email protected] and we'll go through it with you. Fingers crossed for that change, Marlon from PawsyLabs 🐾

I just don’t have the money right now to invest with the product I did save it for later though thank you
Response from PawsyLabsOct 11, 2026
Hi Rachel, We completely understand. Budgets are real, and there's never any pressure from our side. Your pup is lucky to have you either way 💚 Whenever the time is right, we'll be right here. Warmly, Lisa from PawsyLabs 🐾

Acceptable customer service :)
Response from PawsyLabsOct 11, 2026
Thank you, Marsha! 😊 "Acceptable" is a start, but we'd love to aim higher next time. If there's anything we could have done better, just tell us at [email protected]. We genuinely want to know. Kind regards, Sheena from PawsyLabs 🐾

Significant improvements! 3 months in, no scooting, only scratches at collar, but still biting legs, less smell, occasional paw licking and more dry cushion days than wet (from licking!). I tried to drop her second supplement (started before this), but symptoms increased; this has not been able to replace that one, but it was not nearly as effective as yours. Well worth the investment!
Response from PawsyLabsOct 11, 2026
Kristy, thank you for such a detailed update. We read every word! 🐾 Three months in with no scooting, less smell and more dry-paw days than wet ones is real, hard-won progress, and you've clearly been paying close attention to your girl. "Well worth the investment" means a lot coming from someone who's tracked it this carefully. Here's to even more dry-paw days, Jennie from PawsyLabs 💚

This company appears to be fraudulent. I have multiple tickets and multiple phone messages regarding an order that was sent to a wrong address a month ago. It was never corrected and now I get an email about another shipment billed and sent to the same wrong address. None of my tickets have been answered. I never was informed I was automatically signed up for a subscription. I never requested monthly shipments. How can a subscription be activated if no orders have ever been delivered???!
Response from PawsyLabsOct 11, 2026
Hi Kirk, We're truly sorry. An order going to the wrong address is stressful enough, and having your tickets and messages go unanswered on top of that is not okay. You deserved a reply the first time. Please email [email protected] with "Trustpilot" in the subject line and your order details. We'll fix the address and help you further with the subscription and the second shipment. Kind regards, Judy Ann from PawsyLabs
