I was very aprehensive of using an online service for a puppy. Had been scammed online before. This is not only far from a scam it is top notch white glove service. Immediate responses to all my questions. Great communication between the breeder, Pawrade and myself. No puppy mill guarantee. If I would have gotten a puppy from a local breeder it was a 1 year waitlist and no guarantee which dog I got. With Pawrade I browsed through the selection of dogs, asked the breeders questions about the dogs and picked the perfect dog for my family. I am in love after 1 day! Thanks Pawrade.

More than expected! We never got a puppy sight-unseen before and we were a bit anxious at the prospect. Devlyn at Pawrade was a wonderful, reassuring source for information about breeder vetting and more. Xantha, Greek for 'Blond' (original name was Helby-yuch!) arrived by airplane one week ago at 13 weeks. She is a Standard F1B Goldendoodle, not only cuter than her pictures, but already crate trained. We have an 8 year old sweet Great Dane and they are just getting to know each other. Xantha is already virtually housebroken using the doggies' dog run bathroom & having had only 3 small accidents in the house. Freya's dog bed is next to Xantha's night crate located by the open door to our bedroom. She goes 5 hours at night before she alerts us that she needs to go out. We do actively play with her in our yard and in our home but you cannot leave a puppy unattended. Another plus: We did not know that she would come with a crate for us to keep, so we now have 3 crates so that when she needs to be contained she is near us.

I am very pleased with my new puppy, a Bichon Frise. In addition to being a wonderful puppy who is adjusting well, he also travelled by air to my home. I had a great experience with Pawrade.
