I would give Pawrade 10 stars out of 5 !. Awesome adoption process. Went exactly as they promised. They helped me from beginning to end when I picked up the pup at the airport. All instructions were clear and precise. Staff responded right away. No delays and no snafus. Post adoption they helped me as well with some paperwork. If you are adopting, use Pawrade. They are the best. I live in NJ and I adopted a Cockapoo pup. He came via Air and I picked him up at Newark Airport's Cargo area. The entire process was smooth. Pawrade gave me regular updates till the plane landed. A tiny delay of 30 minutes at the airport pickup area as they have to unload the cargo from the plane and ferry the pup to the animal pickup area. Even the cargo handlers at the airport treated the animals with care. My pup came healthy, well behaved, happy, frisky and is beginning to learn commands. - I am a very happy customer !

Me and my family were on the search for a puppy for quite some time after the loss of our Jack Russel Terrier of 17 years. After some time we opened out hearts up to a new puppy and we had our hearts set on finding an auggie after we played with one at our local petland but we saw too many red flags about puppy Mills and the prices were pretty bizarre so we scowered the in hopes of finding our perfect puppy and steering clear of the infamous puppy scams. Then we came across Pawrade that had great reviews and the absolutely gorgeous puppy Millie that love and cherish today. The process was pretty easy and our travel agents and financial agents were amazing to work with and they always responded so quickly and were so honest with all the questions that we had for them. After we got all that in order I got in touch with the breeder and l got to video call to meet our beautiful puppy and learn all about her. I am grateful about everything that they did to guarantee that I got a healthy and happy puppy to bring home with me. So if you’re looking for a beautiful, healthy, and happy puppy and you’re skeptical of buying a puppy online, then you should know that you’re in luck with Pawrade. Also, I highly recommend the Auggie’s, they are the best dog breed I have ever owned and I was so happy to get her.

Overall fantastic job

I was involved in a puppy scam before I used Pawrade and lost a considerable amount of money. Was very nervous using another online site to find my Golden Retriever puppy. Devlin and the rest of the staff assured me over and over and did everything possible to ease my mind. I traveled from Florida to Indiana to get the puppy. All went fantastic, I have my Golden puppy home with me and he is great. Thanks Pawrade for your excellent job and I would recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for their new friend.
