I was searching the web sites for puppies when I came across Pawrade. It didn't take long for me to come across a MaltiPoo. I informed Devlyn that Max was the one. Well from that moment on the process was smooth and easy. From making sure that I had the proper food and other necessities to the air nanny Shannon made sure that all the arrangements were in place for my little furbaby flight to Arizona. Thank you Shannon& Pawrade..Jesse James and I are happy in Arizona😊💖

Pawrade was extremely easy to work with. They were true to their word, helpful in every way and our puppy was delivered safe and sound as promised! Will definitely refer them to our friends and use them again if another puppy is in our future!

Great experience with Pawrade. Team was very informative throughout the process. Love our new fur baby. My twins are enjoying their new fur brother. I had been wanting a boxer for quite sometime and got exactly what I was looking for.

I have wanted a toy poodle for many years and decided that now was the time to do it. I began to look online for websites that were reputable and came across the Pawrade website. I began to look at the toy Poodles on the site and immediately fell in love with a chocolate toy poodle named Leon. I immediately sent a message to let them know I was interested in Leon. The response from Pawrade was immediate and we got the process started quickly which made me very happy. All representatives from Pawrade that I have dealt with especially Shannon went above and beyond to make sure I had all the necessary information I needed to care for my sweet puppy. She reached out to me often to let me know what was happening every step of the way. My puppy was delivered to me this morning and the transporter communicated often with me throughout the trip here to let me know how my puppy was doing. He is here and I couldn’t be happier. He is happy and healthy and this whole process getting him here couldn’t have gone any better!! Thank you Shannon and Pawrade for making this process so easy and pleasant!! I love my new puppy so much!!

Throughout the entire process we had trouble! Then when we chose to go pick up our pup she came with none of the things such as food that they said she would. The breeder was not surprised and expressed she has issues with them too. Luckily she was from the meet up area and directed us where to get food for the 9 hr trip home. Took her to the vet once home and they said she’ll need corrective surgery because she can’t breath…. Pawrade refuses to honor her health guarantee saying she had a clean bill of health… so within 36 hours she developed closed nostrils and breathing issues??? A friend tried to purchase a boy pup from the same litter and after being warned… the pup surprisingly came down with heart failure and was no longer available. Odd huh? I’m just glad we were able to warn someone to challenge the “clean bill of health” before they got their hopes up and pockets drained!! Someone is lying. Don’t trust this company! Seeing as this doesn’t allow me to reply, the following is my response: When asked what health issues we could run into (as we have only ever owned pitbulls) we were told verbatim “there will be no issues as she has a clean bill of health” … and it’s equally ironic that once i started speaking our truth the rest of “caras” litter started coming up with health issues making those purchases null and void. I would be happy to provide names of all involved to include vets, customer care, and even other people who attempted to buy from this litter with documentation to back it all up. Or would that review get deleted like the last one did? Response 2: This being my “first trust pilot review” has nothing to do with the fact that half of the little had health issues to include respiratory and cardiac issues. The only one scamming anyone is you guys allowing a breeder to pass off puppies as healthy and charging thousands of dollars for them. At no point have i asked for my money back nor asked to return my dog. I simply asked of you guys to keep your word as you claim to do. Again shall i provide names? Documentation, ss? For goodness sake just admit you have a faulty breeder at the very least. Jessica did none of what you guys claimed she would and has had multiple pups from the same litter come down with PREEXISTING health issues. So now because of that i have to pay thousands more for an already $4,000 dog. Please explain to me how someone is trying to “get over on you” or scam you. I am just beyond heart broken that i thought i was dealing with an honest company and breeder yet it’s been a terrible experience for multiple people with the same breeder….. the most recent example…ask Jessica why the puppy “max” ended up not going home to his buyers….. HEALTH ISSUES. Thank God someone encouraged a second vet visit/opinion. But i digress, i refuse to continue to go back and forth with a company that protects breeders who clearly aren’t honest. As stated in other reviews…. I’ll just allow the BBB to finish their investigation and continue ensure none of my friends or family get taken for a sucker. As for my “first trust pilot review” 😂 guess your company shouldn’t keep sending out emails through companies wanting reviews and i wouldn’t feel the need to continue to tell the world about my awful experience.
