PawradeReviews of pawrade.com

Overall I appreciate the service I received in purchasing my pet through Pawrade. All paperwork that came with Cash, made it an easy process. When Cash arrived he was all over me and my husband. Full of life and love to share. Definitely a people's puppy. He immediately was potty trained. Within just days he knew where to go to release. He loves playing outside. OMG a mini tasmanian running all over our house. Pure joy. Healthy and clean. Quality pet. The staff from Pawrade were always on top of every email and phone call. I was kept informed of all details. Little Cash is a blessing. Thankfully he and our 13 month old Malinois, Canelo are getting along very well. I most definitely will reach out to them if we ever again decide to bring in a 3rd pet - member to our family. TY Pawrade.

Pawrade’s process offers excellent accountability to its Breeder network and almost seamless support for families adopting a puppy. The extra cost was worthwhile when considering what is offered in terms of assurances and support.

Thank you to all the staff at Pawrade. The whole process was very easy and anytime that there was an issue it was quickly resolved. Great job!! Jose Cortez

Extremely pleased with our new addition to our family!! Excellent support services overcame airline issues. I definitely wouldn’t have any hesitation getting our next puppy when the time comes!! Pawrade proved a legitimate, professional service that delivered precisely what they said they would and my family couldn’t be happier with the results.

**** PAWRADE CLAIMS WE DID NOT HAVE CONTACT AND THAT THIS NOT A REAL POST. WE WERE IN CONTACT FOR ABOUT 3 WEEKS. THE DOG I WAS LOOKING IS NAMED AMOS. LISTED AS AN AKITA. WE WOULD 31-32 WEEKS OLD BY NOW. I COPIED AND PASTED JUST ONE PIECE OF AN EMAIL CONVERSATION WITH CUSTOMER SUPPORT AFTER I CAUGHT ON TO THE SCAM. AND YES I CURRENTLY HAVE 4 EMAILS: REGULAR ONE, JUNKMAIL/SPAM, JOBHUNTING, ONLINE DATING, BILLS - SORRY I EMAILED YOU FROM MY JUNK/SPAM ONE PAWRADE, WHERE I THINK YOU BELONG. ---------- Forwarded message --------- From: 409gmail.com> Date: Wed, Jun 9, 2021, 10:12 AM Subject: Re: Pawrade.com Customer Support Request To: Pawrade Support supportpawrade.com> But selling an Akita as purebred that actually isn't is not ethical at all. In any sense. AND could be classified as false advertising which is very much illegal. And illegal things are most definitely not ethical. And I do have where I am told Amos is pure.... We do not require registration on all the pups. This is based on the breeder. We do have designer breeds that will not qualify for AKC and although this is a pure breed, we hold the same standards that the registration does not have to be specific nor required. We vet out our breeders to A. ensure they are not scammers and B. ensure they have good environments they are raising these puppies in. Here is our pledge. I was planning on spending around $4000 including shipping on a "purebred" 30 week old pup. I was told by the pawrade rep he was older because the breeders had initially wanted to keep him - it was either to show or breed him - I don't remember why. I took a couple weeks to think about and look at other placea but I decided to move foward. When I messaged the rep asking if he was still available I got this feeling I should look for THIS pup somewhere else. And I found him. Listed at either 4 or 5 weeks. AND with a different breed; making him not pure. Why him I paying $4000 for a mutt with no AKC papers? AND on the other site he was only listed at $1500. When I messaged the rep I wanted an explain why the same dog was cheaper elsewhere, why I was told he was pure, and why was I told was an older because his was going to be kept if I found him elsewhere at like 5 weeks? The rep told me breeders could post anywhere at the same time and they weren't a verified post and to "use caution" on the other site. But it WAS a verifed profile with a spotlight account. I thanked him for his time and tole him I no longer trusted the company. I THEN reached out to customer service and asked how theh screened their breeders? How they verified pedigree? The extensive screening is no real screening and they don't verify pedigree. When I said that was false advertising because that particular dog os NOT pure, all communication suddenly stopped... I have since bought an AKC registered pup. She's super cute.

After a lot of deliberation we decided to get a shiba puppy this spring and pawrade made it easy to connect with a breeder with available puppies. Our reps were quick to respond and answer questions and were very thorough in making sure we were prepared for the arrival of our puppy. Renee was so helpful through every step of the transportation process.
