I went through pawrade thinking they were completely legit. I did get my puppy and everything went perfect with the air nany no issues. Right when I got home I realized I had gotten paperwork for a female dog when I had a male dog. I had no medical paperwork to take to appointment. I had no record of any vaccines or rabies shots. I called immediately and they said they were working on it. The flight info for the dog was even for a female dog. After daily emails and calls I got only run around responses. Even contacted the breeder and only recieved an apology. No paperwork for the actual male dog. I was promised prior to the first puppy appt. I'd hear back and heard nothing.

They were incredibly helpful in getting us our new family member! Made the whole process easy and simple and I loved the update pictures up till the pickup date!

Pawrade was amazing throughout the entire process, and we are so happy with our new puppy! It was wonderful knowing that our puppy came from a loving breeder!

Everything about purchasing from here is fantastic. Not once after I purchased I felt left out in any way, they are really good with letting you know your puppies arrival and what not.

After previously getting scammed by a different website I was so apprehensive about trying another web service to find a puppy. I was constantly googling them so scared to be hopeful. The team was understanding of my anxiety and did everything they could to calm my nerves, they walked me through their process and were always available to ask questions to and my puppy arrived at my house healthy. We had a couple of days of being scared due to the big transition but have already bonded and I'm absolutely in love with him.

This is an updated review (7/7/2021) After a long wait Corgi puppy (Biscuit) now named Simba is finally home. Getting use to his surroundings, he is happy as I am. I just want to give a huge shout out to Morgan and Tania working all the details and how the process works from beginning to end. Simba went to his 72 hour wellness check and vaccines and is healthy.
