It was love at first sight when we found our mini-schnauzer pup on Pawrade. Walker (now “Huxley”) is the best little pup and exceeded our family’s expectations as new dog owners. It only took a few days for our pup to reveal his spunky schnauzer personality. He is so smart and caught onto routines quickly. He has playful personality and is very lovable. This was our first time considering the purchase of a pet online. All of our Pawrade contacts from initial inquiry to our pup’s travel companion were great to work with. Each point of contact was responsive and timely on all our questions and served as the liaison between us and the breeder. They shared detailed tips on how to handle our pup when he arrived and any steps needed to ensure his health and wellness that first week in our home. Overall a very smooth journey.

Was told I would receive a phone call last night to schedule exact delivery time today or tomorrow. No contact whatsoever. I understand things may change but they said they would call me Tuesday night. Poor communication. Now talking delivery in 10 days…did not use soonest delivery company. So if you want an 8 week old puppy think again…10 weeks MAYBE at this point. Just hoping before 6 months…of note…GREAT communication up until I made my full payment then NO communication or requested pictures for this last week. Addendum: Pawrade replied but did not address the lack of communication. I was contacted by the puppy transporter for delivery the 22nd or 23rd… how would a puppy transporter have all the information if not from pawrade? Then after I take time off work to receive my puppy I had to do all the calling to find out the transport was cancelled and delayed by them (Pawrade). I was not asking for an unsafe transport as you imply. I was asking for communication and updates. That is what you are so sorely lacking in. Addendum 2. Changed my 1 star rating to a 4 star. The supervisor took over, reassigned me to a different person and I have had great contact and communication from Pawrade. Lollipop comes home Friday and the transport company has already reached out to me. This experience is definitely improving by leaps and bounds.

I was driving from California to Oklahoma to get my new family member. There are a lot of scammers out there so I was very skeptical. Especially because how nice and humble everyone was. Kayce stayed in constant communication through the whole process and did everything I asked. Even arranged a zoom meeting for me. Kayce was so kind and patient and listened to all my concerns. The first person I spoke with was Gabriel. He was awesome as well. So accommodating, patient and professional. Renee was arranging the pick up and also stayed in contact with me continually. This service was amazing and cannot recommend and thank them enough. Such amazing people!

A great experience! My sister-in-law adopted a puppy and recommended Pawrade. She was correct. Everyone was so helpful. They put any concerns at ease. They were very professional yet understood the emotional challenges of choosing a puppy. My furball is a delightful bundle of joy.

I checked out Pawrade with little to no expectations, but was soon amazed with the excellent site and excellent service that was provided. Searching and finding a puppy that was a perfect fit for my home and my family was easy and the whole adoption process was easy to understand and fulfill.
