Excellent service! Puppy arrived happy and healthy!

I love our new puppy. Pawrade made the whole process easy and seamless. The concierge was great, checking in with me multiple times and always clearly explaining next steps. They were also very cautious of health issues. I would highly recommend them to someone who wants a new puppy.

Just purchased a Boston terrier name Gabriel. My daughter fell in love with him. First I was apprehensive buying on line but Pawrade is legit. Also, I was astounded of the staff friendliness and transparency. Also their transport (Puzzle pieces) are awesome the communication is very cool. I recommend!!!

A few days after losing my dog, I was looking for a new pup. I came across Kingdom, now named Geo. After I inquired about him, Jennifer got me additional pics that I requested. They were always in contact and made the whole process seamless. They answered questions without being pushy. I would recommend them.

We were new to this process and were probably a little impatient. It all went smooth from start to finish with good communication from Pawrade and Flight Nanny.
