Pawrade review
We are very happy with our new puppy. The transaction was done very smoothly. We had one small issue, but it was easily fixed with customer service. Throughout our puppy's travel to her new forever home, we were given amazing updates on her wellbeing. The updates given we extremely funny with stories we truly enjoyed. Even after receiving her, Pawrade still cares about how our puppy is doing and how we are doing in our new chapter with our new addition to the family. We are thankful for Pawrade for everything they've done for us.

Great service, we love our new best friend
I was a bit skeptical purchasing a puppy online, what if I pay and they don't deliver, what if its a different puppy, what if my puppy's in poor health or malnourished when she gets here. All concerns you can ask prior, but never truly know until the puppy arrives. We'll we trusted the process, opted for the regular flight option, received our puppy Miley exactly as promised and couldn't be happier with the new addition to our family. Pawrade is a newer business trying to match the perfect puppy with the perfect home and in our case, they 100% delivered. They walked me through the entire process from start to finish. Unlike a lot local breeder, they accepted credit cards not Zelle, so minimal risk. Their online portal and customer service was great. They answered every question quickly and thoroughly. I would definitely recommend Pawrade.

Give her a squeeze from all of us at Pawrade. 💙🐶💙 Pawrade Team

My puppy that I received on July 13 is…
My puppy that I received on July 13 is finally starting to recover from intestinal and eye infections which she had upon her arrival. Kind of made first weeks with her difficult as I was constantly having to administer meds either orally or directly in her eyes...she didn't take that well. I paid cash for her so did not have to deal with petpay, however they have found it necessary to send me information on other buyers' payments. Every day I receive at least 3 to 5or 6 notices regarding other buyers' accounts. I am really tired of it and will be looking into my options regarding stopping it. I would never recommend dealing with Pawrade.

Hi Jan and thank you for reaching out. We are very sorry for the concerns here and appreciate you speaking with our managerial staff to try to rectify these issues. We certainly take security very seriously and have our tech team working on these now. While we received a clean bill of health for Kesha from her vet before yours, we understand this is a big thing to take on for your new furbaby. As discussed, we do have our claims process to help with any of the financial pieces for this. We wish it would have been caught sooner to avoid this but appreciate you taking such good care of her. We do wish you and Kesha some great memories moving forward. Pawrade Team

They answered all my questions and…
They answered all my questions and reassured me everything is legit and no worries. I even spoke with the breeder on three way call and sent plenty of pictures of my mavis. Her travel was long but they did great job and sent pictures and videos she was doing good. I highly recommend this app

Must financially commit before seeing puppies
Pawrade is detailed and responsive. I feel they try to protect the buyer and the breeder by limiting contact, but I wish I was able to see the puppies and the parents first hand before committing to purchase so I can tell their temperament etc. I realize Pawrade does this for a good business reason, but it doesn’t allow the buyer to look at the puppies and parents first hand and then make a decision. The process requires one to make the financial commitment first. With that being said, the Pawparade people were friendly and I do feel they do their best to screen out the bad breeders and they help protect the purchaser and the breeder from scams.

Thank you so much for your review and honest feedback. While we do protect both our clients and our breeders, we know it's a process that requires a lot of trust. We do offer meetings with our breeders and pups via a virtual meet to help alleviate some of that anxiety of "is this the right puppy?" before committing. We know it's not the exact same however we do want to ensure safety first. We are so happy that you did determine in the end to bring sweet Cosmo home and give him his best furever home. He will never replace your last pup but he will surely provide you some new and wonderful memories with him. We are wishing you the very best of those. Give him a squeeze from all of us at Pawrade. 💙🐶💙 Pawrade Team
