Thank you for your review. We are so happy you have Tage getting acclimated to his new furever home, however, potty training is a promise we cannot make. Puppies are puppies and even with breeders beginning the process, expect some regression in this area as new smells and a new environment and even a new potty training practice will require some adjustment for the puppy. Patience and diligence is the key. Since he's at the ripe age for learning, this should be a relatively quick transition to learn the potty training practice you determine best for your household. He'll really love some "atta boys" as he shows good behavior. 😍 We are sending Tage a heaping load of "atta boys" as we know this smart cookie will make his new family so proud of him. 💙🐶💙 Pawrade Team

Thank you for your honest feedback and review. We know and understand the level of anxiety that comes from making this huge step, especially online. We ensure the proper vetting of our breeders to help alleviate that stress however take proper precautions to protect all parties involved. There are so many puppy thefts happening along with scams that all precautions must be considered before we establish the direct relationship between breeder and the new owner. We are very happy that you did determine that April belonged in your furever home in the end. She will be sure to bring you so much joy and unconditional love. We are wishing you a ton of both. 💙🐶💙 Pawrade Team

Palma, we are sorry that you are not satisfied with your purchase of your super handsome pup “Isaac”. We certainly made every effort to meet all your requests and demands. Sadly, in the end we were not successful in making you a satisfied customer. And now I have no choice but to address your review that is rife with inaccurate information, exaggerations, and misrepresentations. Your pup was diagnosed with Giardia. Giardia is a very common parasite in pups and fortunately is easily treatable. It is so common in fact that our puppy concierges specifically address it in their phone conversations before you receive the pup. It is also specifically mentioned in the Petpay health guarantee as being a condition that is covered once diagnosed at the 72 hour wellness check. Giardia is also almost never life threatening. It is only serious if left untreated for an extended period of time which was certainly not the case as the pup received a “clean” fecal exam by a USDA certified Vet just prior to leaving for travel to you. You simply had to open a claim, provide your vet documents and you would have been reimbursed. You chose not to and switched gears to “the breeder is shady”. Your breeder is very well known and respected with a very good reputation. They are a professional breeder who is USDA licensed who meets all the requirements and regularly passes inspections. They regularly produce amazing, happy, healthy pups. There is absolutely nothing to even remotely imply “puppy mill” and to do so is reckless and irresponsible. At one point you called them a “scam” and “puppy mill” because the breeder sometimes used their legal first name and sometimes used their favored nickname. Even after I provided you with written documentation (published articles from the AKC) that the two were one in the same, you persisted that this was somehow shady and deceptive. We sell our pups at a very fair market price. Like every retail business we have to mark up our product to make a fair and reasonable profit so that we can continue to provide a livelihood for our hardworking employees as well as our breeder partners. I will assume you did your homework and thought the price was fair and part of the reason you chose to purchase from us. You paid exactly the price you agreed upon. No extras, add ons or hidden fees. Completely transparent and legitimate. I personally spent hours on the phone with you trying to do everything possible to address all your “concerns”. I spent many more hours working with the breeder and other staff here to try to remedy the situation. It became evident that you were simply seeking a free pup and nothing else would satisfy you. Unfortunately we can not give away perfect pups with only a very minor health issue that is covered under our health guarantee. Respectfully, Charlie Elliott Assistant Operations Manager
