Santiago, we are sorry to hear that you are not happy with our process. We do sincerely apologize for that. It seems that the issue with transportation stems from a misunderstanding. We believed that you said you would be returning to the states from Mexico on the 9th so we scheduled travel for the 12th. When it was clarified that you would actually be leaving the states on the 9th we immediately rescheduled travel to the 5th and the pup was then delivered to you promptly and in perfect health. We first received your email with your vet docs on 9-9-2023 at 352pm. The Health guarantee manager responded to your email just a few minutes later at 445pm. Your 3 year Petpay health guarantee that is included with the purchase of your pup is in effect and you received a copy of the Health guarantee when you signed your reservation agreement. You may also view all your documents at anytime in your Petpay account where they are uploaded for you. We also have reviewed your pups vaccination records and they were up to date at the time the pup was with the breeder. It does seem that a booster was required soon after delivery but that could not be given by the breeder due to timeline requirements for the vaccines. Any other vaccines, such as Bordetella which may be required to take the pup to Mexico, are optional and the responsibility of the owner. Also please remember that the health guarantee only provides coverage tin the lower 48 United states.
