PawradeReviews of pawrade.com

Excellent communication throughout the entire process. Lois Krahling & Tony Stray were great from start to finish. Easy transaction & perfect handoff from Wags on Wheels. Silas & Jason were both fantastic & delivered our new puppy to us safely. Excellent experience & highly recommend. Thank you all for your help with receiving our new addition to the family.

Everything!! the great communication I actually love my dog. Everything was handle very professionally.

I appreciated all the guidance that was given in this process. You all did your part very well. I felt that I was working with very skilled personnel. That is a comforting feeling. I thank you all so very much.

Amazing experience with Pawrade. Everything went so smoothly and we love our new dog .

WOW! What can we say about our dealings with Pawrade. Besides the representitive we delt with (Kera) and the ease of getting our new family member (Loki) They answer all your questions, and the process was very easy. I flew up to Ft Wayne IN and met the breader, picked up our pup and flew back to NC. ALll the paperwork was very easy to finish. They even called a few days later to check and see how Loki made it to his Furever new home. He is such a dream. Very Smart and my wife is very happy. We had a couple Yorkies before (They went to the rainbow bridge at 12 and 13 years old) and they used to sleep with her and she would fall asleep feeling their heartbeat. My wife currently is having some heart issues and due to have a procedure. So I got her Loki to keep her calm. Thank you again for helping me get our new family member. If we know of anyone looking for a new 4 legged addition to their family, we will deffinatly send them your way.

I’m extremely overjoyed with my new mini Aussie puppy. He is an absolute joy to have. We have bonded & I’m his person. He’s happy & healthy. Very energetic. A little skittish to unknowns. Pawrade was professional & helpful. Answered all questions, helpful instructions, and coordinated pickup. I highly recommend going through this company. Takes the stress out of adopting.

I’m extremely happy with you guys! Our baby came home - longggg trip - happy! The whole transaction with getting her - was very smooth and easy. The communication was extremely fast and great. When we asked for some updates - like pictures and videos of our baby - sure enough we got them!!! Thank you for being there for us!!! Yes I recommend you guys because you take away soo much stress!!!

Very frustrated trying to figure out all the details about the travel arrangements and extremely very poor communication. Today is 9/8 and I’m supposed to go to pick up my puppy on the 9/10 and still don’t have the address for the pick up location or the breeder info. Also they told me they took the puppy to the last check but they will not provide that to me until the release day. I ask question on the chat and sometimes takes 2-3 days to respond. Hard to make a hotel reservation and make my plans with my job when there is very lack of communication. Very sad how they been handling my process! Not sure if is the travel liaison or what! Still having my hopes up to get my puppy even with all the frustration My travel liaison is Morgan and my customer service liaison, Kelly Hall
