Hey Edward, we are so sorry to hear that your vet diagnosed a heart murmur. Your pup was inspected by a USDA certified vet before we delivered her and no Murmur was found. I am sure your vet told you that low grade heart murmurs are very common and usually self correct. They can also come and go before finally disappearing making them tricky to diagnose as well. Our health guarantee manager has been in contact with you and if by the small chance the issue escalates it will be covered under your 3 year Petpay Health Guarantee. The Giardia is also a very minor and common issue with pups as well. That will also be addressed by your guarantee. We stand behind our pups and will be sure to get you taken care of.
