PawradeReviews of pawrade.com

Pawrade was a seamless experience. From the convenience of finding our first pup Monty online and being able to see facts about him and his parents gave us great insight into what to expect. Throughout the process we were always in contact with helpful, friendly representative's that promptly answered any questions we had. I highly recommend using them for your search in finding your new furry family member. Easy, convenient, trustworthy and secure!

Overall, I had a really pawsitive experience with Pawrade! I appreciated having so much context about my puppy upfront, before making the decision to reserve her. It’s clear that Pawrade puts the animal’s wellbeing first - from their no puppy mill pledge, to ensuring the puppy is cleared by the vet before coming home, to the health guarantee and initial month of pet insurance right out of the gate. I did have some communication challenges with the rep who coordinated my pickup, which is why I rated 4/5 stars. It’s possible that a different rep would have made the experience perfect all around.

I saw the picture of the pup that I wanted. I followed their instructions. My put arrived in great shape and is a loving little boy

I was very happy with the whole process from start to finish. The communication was great also. Thanks

This company is a scam! Do not use. I put a deposit on a puppy. Later I was informed that the puppy had health issues that required surgery. Pawrade will not refund my deposit but require me to sign a release for the surgery! This company is a scam and cannot be trusted

We love our new puppy! Had a great experience with Pawrade. From the initial transaction to receiving our new girl, Pawrade kept us updated with regular text, email, and phone messages so we knew the status, and each next steps. They also provide plenty of guidance and material on how to prepare for the new puppy that was helpful. She arrived with all of her papers and proper vaccines - and was healthy and very playful the day we got her. Would strongly recommend Pawrade to others wanting a new dog and all the assurances they will be taken care of.

I ordered and paid in full for a female shih tzu on 6 17 2024. On 7 10 24 I was told puppies express was to pick up alexis the female shih tzu and on 7 11 24 puppies express delivered a male shih tzu with paperwork named Clare. Transpoeter took dog and paperwork and left. I called pawrade to let them know all I got was sorry and we will make this right. I then was told manager will get ahold of me in the morning to see what can be done. Next morning on 7 12 24. I called and called pawrade left messages for manager then Dan the manager called to say he is sorry about the mix up as the breeder put wrong dog in the transport kennel that my dog alexis was still at the breeder..to be sent back out on 7 15 24. I told him that I made a vet appointment for 17th he insisted I move into 19th. I spent lots of money with dog supplies and what was asked of me as they threatened to void 3 day certification if I did not. Then on my way to dinner I got an unexpected phone call from Dan telling me that my dog alexis went to the other customer that was to get a male but decided to keep the dog. I was told I can get another dog of the same litter then he decanter his statement saying he can not do that. I told him I wanted my money back. He agreed. He also told me that the dog that was sent in error the transporter decided to keep so hence I was out money and no puppy. For 2 days I did not sleep and cried as I felt betrayed and lied too many times. Lesson learned I am going local and meeting breeder from now on.

Outstanding Team! The team was very friendly, helpful and just love their professionalism. They were prompt in responding to my questions. Thank you Donna, Pam, Shannon, Kelly, Holly and Lilly and Samuel who delivered my pup. I was very impressed how detailed the process of adoption were. I am blessed to have a healthy and happy puppy. Spunkie (formerly James) is the joy of my life! I highly recommend Pawrade to anyone. I trust Pawrade! Out of five stars, I give them six!!
