PawradeReviews of pawrade.com

Just wanted to shout out how great this experience has been for me and my family. We found our puppy at Pawrade and had him shipped to us from Chicago, IL. The team at Pawrade were in constant contact with me during the purchase, setting up the transportation to VA from IL and brought my lil pug to me earlier than anticipated. I will go through Pawrade for all future pups and thank the team for all of the great communication and for bringing home our lil guy.

Best decision ever! We weren’t sure how we felt about getting a puppy this way, but the reviews were good so we decided to give it a try. The customer service was amazing, my questions were answered immediately and I was in constant contact with the staff during the entire process. Our new puppy is perfect!

The Pawrade staff was great! They followed up often and thoroughly walked me through the process.

Pawrade is focused on finding you the perfect match easily and then getting your match to you safely and stress free. My little guy is so much more then I could hoped for and gets along with both of our dogs and 3 cats like they have been together for decades. Of course the breeder deserves all of the credit for raising such a well adjusted puppy that I get to treasure for a lifetime. A simple “Thank-you” doesn’t seem right but I am grateful that you trusted me to care for one of your babies.

They were terrific

The process was seamless and the company’s high standards for care gave me confidence. Pet concierges are available to answer questions throughout the process. Our tiny girl arrived healthy and happy from halfway across the country. She joined her new family and hasn’t looked back! 10/10 would use Pawrade again.

Great communications and follow up. Our new little addition arrived in great health and ready to join her new family.

Pawrade did everything that they advertised. Plenty of support and answered all my questions. This was a pleasant experience and my new puppy is amazing.
