PawradeReviews of pawrade.com

Refreshing to find a reliable company that provides excellent service and is trustworthy. Their open communication, even before the process began, assured me that this would be a rewarding experience. Every single question was answered completely and in a timely manner. We are very grateful for the opportunity to explore multiple breeds on one platform to find our match. My puppy is absolutely perfect and I could not be happier with the new addition to our family. Thank you!

Trevor -- from Pawrade is a wonderful, smart, beautiful puppy. I appreciate all of the security checks that were in place in order to receive him. All of the support staff were great. I was happy that i could contact the breeders if need be. Thank you Pawrade for putting us together.

Everyone was amazing! The only issue we had was getting her to us due to all the flights being canceled which was not their fault. We decided to have our puppy drove to us and it worked out well.

Great pup delivery people great also.

Bought a Havanese Puppy from Pawrade, nearly 2 thousand dollars plus 789 for a flight out to West Coast, so nearly 3k.Puppy was not flown but driven, arrived with worms and intestinal guardia, a disease of the stomach. In fact Puppy was subcontracted out to a a place in Indiana from Prestige Pets that was the breeder, I have the name of the breeder, and the license plate of the vehicle which dog was transported. Dog is now six months old and still sick. No refund for transport fee, or dog and no response from request about dog from Pawrade. I would advise not to use these breeders. This is a network of uncaring individuals. Once they have your money and committment, thats it. Still have not heard back from Pawrade, only intimidating messages asking for more information. Isn't enough for them I guess. We are senior citizens and this dog is our last dog, we had hoped that everything would go smoothly although it was very expensive for us to purchase. Now seems like they don't believe me and keep requesting more information, they have all the information they need, its all in the review. Do they plan on making this matter more worrisome? Why not a phone call and discuss the matter. I never wanted to do this.

Communication was amazing and the process was smooth

Very professional and helpful . All of my inquiries were answered promptly and completely.

I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what we went through. We ordered our puppy from Pawrade feeling assured they would be organized in handling organizational tasks from start to finish. We dealt with so many representatives when originally my husband and I were told we would get one rep. When it was time for the pet concierge (of which we paid $1100.00) to fly our pet to us... we were told the pet concierge over booked and cannot come. Hence, we would have to wait another week for our already 8 wk old (ready-to-go-home) puppy. Pawrade uses a third party pet concierge based on some inside connections with ppl who work for the airline and get stand by tickets to fly. This is the only way they are able to purchase last minute tickets when someone orders a pet. Terrible! Pawrade immediately refunded us the $1100.00 pet concierge fee and we then purchased two roundtrip tickets to get our dog. Expensive, burned out with all the back and forth & traveling cross country in 24 hours... to top it… the breeder didn't deliver the puppy on time. Once we had the puppy in our ownership & $6000.00 dollars later we felt like we could exhale. Do not purchase from this company. They are hustlers. Find a breeder in your state or around your state so you can see where your dog is coming from, their conditions and if you have to go and get them.... you can! Awful experience! We want more dog. However, we absolutely are NOT going through Pawrade again. Parade is like rolling the dice. Once you select the dog you want... you don't know what state will populate and the company puts you through many of changes. Pawrade added an outdated Covid excuse in reply to my review. Dont fall for their antics!
