PawradeReviews of pawrade.com

We lost our Golden Girl at a young 9 years old unexpectly. We needed another furbaby in our life. Pawrade made it so easy to view puppies in the breed we were interested in. We even were able to have a zoom call with our breeder. We have been scammed by others who claim to be reputable breeders, but not Pawrade they went above and beyond to help us with our new family member. Thank you Pawrade for making our home full of joy with our baby English cream golden retriever!

I had a great experience with Pawrade and we are so happy with our Havapoo puppies. Pawrade was able to help us negotiate with the breeder to keep our babies for a few extra weeks beyond their "ready date" due to extensive work travel, and everything worked out great. It will be some time before I'm ready for another dog as these two already have me running in circles, but I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Pawrade again.

Pawrade did a phenomenal job helping us get our baby Dachshund! We are just over the moon to finally have him as part of the family. Thank you for making the process so smooth, and even following up with us to see how he was doing! :)

Staff was very friendly and happy to answer any questions.

The assistance pawrade provided was wonderful. The process from reservation through delivery was simple and efficient. The puppy himself is adorable, healthy, and well cared for. Thank you Pawrade for helping me find the perfect lil buddy. He is awesome!

We were excited to use Pawrade after my friend recommended them and reading reviews. However, once the process started, and the money exchanged, we were disappointed with lack of communication from the rep. And unlike the experience my friend had, it was nearly impossible to get any pictures or videos from the breeder. We were told when our puppy was supposed to leave from the breeder and that it would take 3 days. So when the puppy arrived the following day, we weren’t totally ready and it was a good thing we were at home. The puppy was absolutely filthy when he arrived. The driver even commented on that. We noticed that he was licking his rear leg but could only see a red spot. When he went for his wellness check, the vet shaved the area and discovered 2 raging infections that had been scabbed over. He was given 2 weeks of antibiotics and a collar- you know how well that goes not to mention on a 3 month old puppy. When we contacted Pawrade, we learned that in the vet check before the puppy was transported, the area on his leg was noted but not treated. How does that happen? Pawrade did reimburse us for the vet exam but we are not sure what happened with the breeder. Not good. So please make sure you investigate your breeder and hopefully this won’t happen to you.

The logistics were great... all paperwork was in order. Only complaint is they charge to much for there services.

We are so happy with Pawrade! The experience was so great! Our questions were answered along the way and we were even able to facetime with breeder to see our puppy! I would use Pawrade and recommend to everyone. We are so over the moon about our new baby! Thank you to the team at Pawrade for making it happen!
