We purchased a new puppy through Pawrade because we had to put our older boxer down. She had angiosarcoma. I read that Pawrade only deals with reputable breaders so we ordered a beautiful new white female boxer.The new puppy came. She was beautiful.She was small, but I didn’t think anything of it. In looking at her paperwork that came with her, although everything said she normal but she was actually 50% below her expected weight at 4 months. She was still small at five months So we took her to the vet. The vet ran bloodwork and found something wrong with her kidneys. We took her to the vet emergency room. They told us she had renal dysplasia. We are taking her to a specialist here in the next few weeks. We want to confirm the diagnosis. I called Pawrade, but did not hear anything back. I did a search online and found the breeder had been sighted in the past multiple times for infractions with dogs by the state. I don’t think the breeder was fully vetted by Pawrade. We love her. She is a joy. We are going to keep her. We are going to give her the best life possible. It just makes me very sad. She will be dead in a couple years. I would caution anybody who buys from Pawrade to do their own checking before purchasing.

The entire process was necessary to protect the breeder and buyer from any legal issues or bogus dealings. My only concern was the communications back and forth. It needs to be more streamlined and to add caller ID. I did not respond to unknown calls due to not being able to see who from Parade was calling.

Customer service is top notch. It's been 3 years since we purchased our Pomsky so I'm sorry to say I don't remember our agent's name but she was available day and night to answer my questions. We have been very happy with our puppy, now 3 years old and window shopping again. I am writing this review now, I'm sure I did at the time, but my husband was just saying Stella is the best purchase I ever made. We love her so much. It won't let me give correct date... it was 12/14/21

The experience with Pawrade has been great! They were easy to connect with and get all my questions & concerns answered. I was skeptical after reading some mixed reviews online, but so far, it’s been a very positive experience. Our puppy is happy, healthy, & perfect!! Pawrade has followed through on everything they communicated to us throughout the process, and took most of the stress out of finding a reputable breeder and puppy to join our family, within a reasonable amount of time. They make be process easy and convenient.

I have nothing but great things to say about Pawrade. I have never used a company like this for the adoption of a puppy and I was very hesitant to do so. Nonetheless they made it a seamless and easy process for us and worked with us throughout the process.

Communication was great!!! Everyone kept me informed on a daily basis until the final delivery of my precious cargo 🐾.
