I am so thankful for this service. My older dog already had a heart condition, and a few months ago, she became diabetic--and blind soon after. Having this resource--and the backup for any major vet expenses--truly makes me feel more secure. It took me less than 2 minutes to get connected to a vet in the chat function when I had a question. Vet bills have only gone up, and that is even more true with senior pets. Thank you for making this service available!!!

I noticed a rash on my Brooklyn so I figured I'd give pawp a shot. I chatted with a vet and she had me send her pictures and then confirmed that I should see my vet.

I really feel for the animals that have a true medical emergency while on the 14 day waiting period. This company will not budge nor make an exception and release funds for an emergency during this "mandatory" waiting period. They should really change this policy if they really cared about animals. The vet I spoke with was very helpful, but there was nothing she could do regarding my dog's emergency, because I'm still on a waiting period.

At this point in time we haven't had the need for any medical exams or procedures thank goodness, but just knowing that Pawp is only a phone call away 24-7 is very comforting for me especially since the pandemic has basically condemned most of us to prison TPTB and that being said I want to say I am 82 yrs old and one of my dogs Hoppy is 11, we both rest easier knowing you care. Thank you Pawp.

I used my PAWP emergency funds. Once I understood that it was a once a year emergency fund and not pet insurance, I was fine. Chatting with a veterinarian on several occasions was helpful.

If I was able to talk to the vet, I would have liked it a lot more. I think texting isn't much better than Google.

My dog started needing to go outside to urinate every two hours, when normally I took him out 4 times a day, so this was twice as often as normal. I got in touch with a Pawp vet via text message and the vet told me what to do regarding his food, supplements and seeing a local vet. The advice took only a few minutes and was spot on. I didn’t have to leave my house or pay additional monies. No waiting was great. My dog has recovered and is doing great. Just the peace of mind if having a professional give me advice and support was such a positive experience. I was told to get back in contact for any issues. Pawp is definitely a resourceful and reliable business.
