Outstanding service.

My dog's Virtual Vet Courtney was the bee's knees!!! She was so ready and willing to jump on a virtual consult, which is something I never would have imagined. But everything changed once my little guy went through his assessment at her virtual hands - even though she knew that some TLC might be needed along with heating pads (since we were still dealing with an injury) two days later my pup can run as fast as ever before and play all day long without limping anymore!! It feels amazing knowing there'll always be someone like you guys helping our furry friends get back into shape after they've been hurt or injured. When it comes down pet care, PAWP, you are my dog's best friend.

My cat, Marlo, had a blockage and had to be seen immediately. I logged in and called a vet through the Pawp website. Courtney, the vet I spoke with, was so kind and saw the urgency with Marlo’s case. She activated the emergency fund and I had Marlo at the ER within 30 minutes of our call. My vet office had not dealt with Pawp before and gave me a little pushback-not what you want to deal with when your furbaby is in a life threatening condition. I called the 800 number and got Quan on the phone. She spoke with me and the vet office and was able to get them to take Marlo in by providing a partial payment up front. Marlo’s life was saved because of Pawp and their employees. By the time I left the vets office they were singing the praises of Pawp and were going to be sharing the info with their friends and family.

Had dogs for 5 decades. I have had this service for 6 months and have had to contact a vet thru it twice in that time. This has saved me unnecessary vet visits as well as I learned a few things too. Thank you! Definitely worth the money!

Best service in the world. Our dog was having troubles breathing and within a few short moments on a Sunday night (Halloween) we were connected to a live vet to get the answers we needed. Amazing!
