The product i received was missing some pieces which I had to make myself to complete the build

This dog buggy is a life saver. With limited time to walk my dog it was becoming impossible as he is quite old now and quite a stubborn little thing (but very cute with it), and will not move from outside my house. I decided to try this buggy so that I get exercise but my little cutie can get out when the surroundings are a bit more interesting and he also gets exercise. The buggy is easy to put together and is very smooth to push and my little one loves it, yayyy

I do hate it when you ask a company for information and they seem to have no idea what they are even selling! Im looking at buying a pet stroller for my elderly dog and have found a model im interested in I messaged customer service to ask about a raincover. They messaged back to say they didnt sell them Yes they do!!! I replied and sent them a photo from their website. Only it doesnt fit the model im after! Said they couldnt help me. Obviously dont want the business or cant be bothered

The fencing was just as advertised. It was easy to install. It was the correct height and it came a lot quicker than I expected so it was all terrific.
