I ordered a cat litter box and did not receive it, you sent a picture of a house/flat no number but it was not my address. Still not received a refund or a litter box. I won't be shopping at paw hut store again.

I do hate it when you ask a company for information and they seem to have no idea what they are even selling! Im looking at buying a pet stroller for my elderly dog and have found a model im interested in I messaged customer service to ask about a raincover. They messaged back to say they didnt sell them Yes they do!!! I replied and sent them a photo from their website. Only it doesnt fit the model im after! Said they couldnt help me. Obviously dont want the business or cant be bothered

Scamming useless website. Apparently can’t stock the refills for the cardboard wheel ANYWHERE yet they’re still selling the wheel brand new with the cardboard inserts so are clearly producing them still. This is clearly a scam to get you to buy a new wheel every time well it won’t work on me your useless piece of crap will be sold and I’ll use a RELIABLE retailer for my future purchases

I’m only giving this company a one star review because there are no options for a zero star review. First, the hutch is advertised as 90.5 inches in length. I put it together and measured it and it is only 86.5 inches in length. I called the company and they said in the specifications it states that the “living” area is 86.5 but the overall length (ie the roof) is 90.5 inches. Poorly and unjustly advertised as 90.5 inches as no one will go into the specifications and add up the living space dimensions. People will assume that the 90.5 inches is all living space. Secondly, there is no wire/mesh flooring. Where do the animals go when you remove the trays for cleaning?? They will fall out!! So I spent $250 on a rabbit hutch that I now have to install wire bottoms so I can remove the trays for cleaning while still keeping my animals safe and contained! Rude customer service, faulty advertising and unsafe living areas. Go to another company and buy from someone other than this one. ZERO STARS

Avoid!! Bought a dog crate, spent over £100 on it, was a nightmare to assemble, but it did look pretty sturdy once up, how wrong I was, it didn't even last the month. Avoid their rubbish products!

The pet gate is a sturdy looking gate. IT DOES NOT CLOSE!!! Do not buy Instructions followed to the letter. The little plastic latch does not hold. Even if it was made properly I dont think the little plastic latch would last long with pets pushing on the gate. Was discounted and can see why. Sending it back

We purchased this chicken coop 40‘ x 10‘ 6 foot. We’re very disappointed in this company we got the product. The wire was tour we contacted. They asked to send a picture. We did over a week later. We got a product. Trust you me it was not the wire it was another frame and no wire. I don’t understand how you can send a picture and they still get your order wrong and then he hauled around about shipping it to you. I do not recommend this product. Go somewhere else. Well, hopefully you can be treated better.

The first 8 panel dog pen we ordered was unacceptable. The DPD driver claimed to have attempted delivery, but didn’t. When we finally received it, one of the panels was crushed. We since returned the damaged pen and re-ordered. At 1900 BST, we received a notification from DPD they attempted delivery at 1358 and will deliver “another time”. Our security gates record all rings. We were home at the time, and no DPD delivery attempt was made. We have 9 puppies in need of an enclosure and thanks to the ineptitude of DPD, Pawhut’s chosen courier, we still don’t have one! DPD is consistently notorious for poor service to our home. This is not the first time “delivery was attempted” whilst we’ve been at home and have digital evidence no attempt was made. Packages are also frequently left outside our security gates with no attempt to ring the buzzer to deliver the package 20 meters further to our front door. Choose a better courier Pawhut!
