I would never use this brand again or recommend it to anyone I bought my puppy a crate I bought one of the higher end end table ones as I wanted my boy to be comfortable however a week or so again my poor boy managed to get his nose stuck in one of the gaps, howling like a good un , I managed to free him but am now super paranoid about leaving him in case it happens again in my abscence.I decided to contact paw hut customer services because sorry this product is dangerous and I wasn't happy, the customer service was atrocious,as well as the product, I didnt buy direct from their website I bought from a third party company, there for they asked for the order number and tracking number which I provided, today I had an email saying it can't be proved it was one of their products, it is it is there in black and white, the customer care is awful not so much as an apology or an inquiry into the welfare of my puppy, not to mention the insinuation that I am a liar...vile DO NOT BUY FROM PAWHUT THE PRODUCTS ARE DANGEROUS AND CUSTOMER CARE DOES NOT EXSIST
