pawhutstore.comReviews of pawhutstore.com

Product is great, good quality, functional. Delivery service was delayed, but not significantly

The item was delivered promptly. My husband it together for me and although not all the screw holes lined up it went together easily. Appreciated that extra screws were included. Each part numbered and the instructions easy to follow. Sturdy product, just need the cat to use it now. Did not realise how high it was off the floor, my cat is a bit old arthritic so I may need a ladder to help access.

I ordered a cat litter box and did not receive it, you sent a picture of a house/flat no number but it was not my address. Still not received a refund or a litter box. I won't be shopping at paw hut store again.

I ordered 2 stainless steel litterboxes, love them both

The tree was packaged well and easy to assemble with my partner. Took around 45 mins including vacuuming some woods bits off and interference with our kitten Momo. The dark blue is beautiful. We'd recommend.

Timely delivery. Easy assembly. Quantity product.

Easy to order and was delivered in no time at all, well packaged and well put together. Really liked the extra locking hinges that were supplied.

Lovely cage, however the instructions are abit confusing as it’s not very detailed but once built, it’s perfect !!
