The item was delivered promptly. My husband it together for me and although not all the screw holes lined up it went together easily. Appreciated that extra screws were included. Each part numbered and the instructions easy to follow. Sturdy product, just need the cat to use it now. Did not realise how high it was off the floor, my cat is a bit old arthritic so I may need a ladder to help access.

Lovely cage, however the instructions are abit confusing as it’s not very detailed but once built, it’s perfect !!

I bought a small animal double decker outdoor hutch. There was a split in the wood where one of the screws, they had inserted had split it, so I had to glue that. Then I discovered a split in another section, and when I was inserting a screw into another part the wood inside split and a knot fell out, so that had to be glued too. By far the most difficult bit to do was the bracket that holds the lid up. There were no pre made holes or any clue on the wood, as to where it needed positioning for the hinge to clear the side when shut. I had to reposition it 3 times! The hinges on the back are a bit flimsy and fiddly to fit under the overhang at the back. I would have liked a bit more overhang at the front for protection too. Some of the pieces are well made, others are a bit shoddy. It looks ok, so I hope it stands up to the weather. suppose I shouldn’t expect perfection for the price. I already have a Pawhut indoor cage, the cage part doesn’t quite fit into the run part, so it’s a bit wonky but does the job.
